Robbie Hennessy is looking forward to Rubi Light's run in the Ryanair Chase following his victory in Saturday's Grade 2 Red Mills Chase at Gowran.
"There's not a bother on him. He's been out in the paddock having a pick of grass. He had a grand school round on Saturday, that's all it was for him," said the County Meath trainer.
"Andrew (Lynch) said he met the second last just a little bit wrong and he was never concerned about it. It looked a little bit worse on TV, but other than that his jumping was brilliant."
Hennessy is now hoping Rubi Light gets his favoured soft ground at Prestbury Park on March 15th.
"It's fingers crossed for Cheltenham. We just hope for a bit of rain. That's the only problem at this stage," he went on.
"The Ryanair looks like it's going to be a real hot race this year. The big ask is can we get Rubi Light in the same kind of form he was in on Saturday. We just have to keep him fresh and well and safe and sound."
