Cheltenham Gold Cup hero Long Run could face up to seven rivals in the rearranged Betfair Denman Chase at Newbury on Friday.
The Grade Two contest was saved along with the bulk of the card from Saturday's abandoned fixture at the track, allowing Nicky Henderson's star chaser to have one final run before his Gold Cup defence.
Henderson has also entered the long-absent Burton Port, while UK champion trainer Paul Nicholls is set to saddle both Tidal Bay and What A Friend.
David Bridgwater could be represented by his stable star and recent Cheltenham winner The Giant Bolster, with Medermit set to tackle three miles for the first time for Alan King. Little Josh and Chapel House complete the possibles
