Oscars Well is the only significant absentee after 21 horses were confirmed for the Jewson Novices' Chase.
Jessica Harrington's horse will now miss the Cheltenham Festival having held just one entry.
Dynaste remains among the field giving trainer David Pipe the option of this race or the RSA Chase, while Nicky Henderson's Captain Conan is joined by stablemate Molofof.
Aupcharlie headlines a Willie Mullins quintet alongside Arvika Ligeonniere, Boston Mob, Marito and Terminal and there are further Irish challengers in the shape of Tony Martin's Benefficient, Jim Culloty's Lord Windermere, Lyreen Legend from the yard of Dessie Hughes, Noel Meade's Texas Jack and Tom Taaffe's Argocat.
The latter is one of two five-year-olds alongside Unioniste, the sole Paul Nicholls representative among the confirmations.
Tom George's promising Module remains on course as does Lucinda Russell's Tap Night.
