Quevega is among 18 entries for the Ladbrokes World Hurdle but Grands Crus and Monksland miss out.
The star mare is set to bid for a remarkable fifth David Nicholson Mares' Hurdle on Tuesday, but should she win that as comfortably as we've come to expect connections have the option of asking her to take on the boys in the absence of Big Buck's.
David Pipe earlier confirmed that Grand Crus misses the Festival and he's alongside Monksland as a high-profile absentee.
Nicky Henderson's Oscar Whisky is set to renew rivalries with Reve de Sivola, while among the other Willie Mullins entries is Fiveforthree, last seen when finishing eighth in the 2011 renewal.
Jonjo O'Neill's Get Me Out Of Here could bid to gain a deserved first Cheltenham Festival victory having been runner-up in three different races already, while Paul Nicholls says it's likely that Wonderful Charm will take up his entry.
