- Sivota backed for Pertemps
Sivota backed for Pertemps
Sivota has been well-supported in the past few days for the Pertemps Final, and Willie Mullins' charge is now generally 8/1 joint favourite for the staying event.
Knockara Beau heads the weights after 69 acceptors were left in at the latest six-day entry stage and, if George Charlton's stable star lines up next Thursday, it would see the weights rise by 5lbs.
Chartreux (also 8/1 jt fav) is the thirty second horse down on the list so will be hoping for some defectors. However he should get into the race as trainer David Pipe also has Buena Vista, Dynaste and Battle Group in the weights above him.
Kilcrea Kim, well supported after winning at Sandown, is a notable absentee as he looks set to take his chance in the Albert Bartlett.
