The Stayers’ Hurdle ante-post market has been one of the most turbulent this year and today’s feature race certainly looks a tough one to pick apart. Our in-form tipsters have flagged up multiple winners and successful each-way selections this week and have cast an eye over Thursday's card to give you a helping hand.

Mighty Potter - Turners’ Novices’ Chase - 11-10 with BoyleSports

It’s hard to see Mighty Potter being beaten, you forget how good he was over hurdles as well which probably made him a small bit underrated coming into this year. Banbridge is behind him in the market and he would have to improve an awful lot. I’d find it hard to back him against Mighty Potter. He’s the winner for me.

Johnny Ward

French Dynamite - Ryanair Chase 16-1 with BoyleSports

He’s been trained for the race by Mouse Morris, he’s got good course form from earlier on in the year at the November meeting. He was a little unlucky the last day, he would have been closer bar being hampered at the last. I think he will run a big race and he might finish in the frame. I would be against Shishkin at the prices.

Blazing Khal - Stayers’ Hurdle 11-4 with BoyleSports

The ante post market for the Stayers’ Hurdle has been more volatile than most races at the Festival this year, with a different favourite almost every week, but it finally looks like it has settled down. Blazing Khal now heads the market alongside Teahupoo following his impressive seasonal debut in the Boyne Hurdle at Navan. Blazing Khal looks sure to improve from the Navan race which was his first racecourse start in 14 months and as he is less ground dependant than his chief market rival he looks a solid bet.

Paisley Park - Stayers’ Hurdle e/w - 14-1 with BoyleSports

I haven’t totally given up on my old friend Paisley Park if we have a wet week. It was a falsely run race on trials day when they crawled round and it turned in to a sprint. The French horse who had 2 mile hurdle form ran away from them. Paisley Park has been written off before and come back, and not long ago he was winning a Grade 1 looking as good as he ever was. He’s probably a little bit overpriced.
