She's a filly that has shown ability at home and this race worked out lovely for her. Obviously, first box ticked for her, and we will try and get a bit of black-type for her. She might go to the Denny Cordell (Lavarack Stakes, Group 3) at Gowran. I know it is over nine and a half (furlongs) and go from there. If she doesn't get there, on to the Garnet Stakes (Listed Naas). Obviously, it is a stiff mile here, and it would be an easy nine and a half in Gowran.
Curragh Sat, 29th Aug, 2026 Darkness Falls He had a lovely run the first day. He's a Camelot with a lot of class. He's a beautiful mover, so ground won't matter to him. When Ryan said ‘go’, it was over very quick. We thought he was good. The maiden he ran in at Leopardstown was a very good race. We thought the second was very good, and the winner was just beaten in the Futurity. He's in the mix for the Golden Fleece at Leopardstown. That's why he ran again today.

She had been perfect all year, but just took time to come to hand, and has done well mentally and physically over the past six weeks. She was just ready to start back today, so you'd think there will be plenty of improvement from her. She is between a mile and a mile and a quarter-filly and we'll find black type for her next. Curragh Sun, 9th Aug, 2026 Shakespeare He's a lovely big horse who does everything right. He's a little bit of a baby. That's why it took two runs for him to get to where he is. He's still not there. He has a lot of ability and is in the 'could be anything' category really. Size, power, quality, speed, stamina, he has everything.
Curragh Sun, 9th Aug, 2026 Ibelieveicanfly The better the race, the better she is going to be. She has such a high cruising pace. In an ordinary run maiden she is just in a gear too high. She has a lot of class. There was plenty of pace on and Ryan was very happy with her.
