Naas Wed, 22nd Jul, 2026 Suzie Songs She's a frustrating girl. Obviously, her two-year-old form is phenomenal but we lost her. She's a bigger girl now. She's done a lot of growing. Whether it was the growing and everything in between. We have that bit on her. It's not ideal because it doesn't help them out of the stalls. But that's good. I wouldn't get carried away, we are still a work in progress. We've all the black type in the bag. Will we win black type more? We are getting there. Let's see how she comes out of this. She's not easy. I knew we were on the right road after the last day but we're still not the finished article. I'd love her to come back to last year's form.
Curragh Sun, 19th Jul, 2026 La Tache He's slow out of the gates. Colin says he's never going to be any other way. That's who he is. We even bounced him, which I'd never do at home, since his last run. He's just so laid back. He's not a five-furlong horse. He's going to be a grand horse for Philip and Norma Richards. Another horse Keri has bought for them, so another sprinter to look forward to. It's just taken a while for the penny to drop with him. I'm delighted with the filly (Southern Boulevard, third), she's after running a blinder. She ran away with Gary going to the start in Naas, so we put a different bit on her and we put earplugs in her. I'm gobsmacked to see that she did what she did and stayed going. She's going to develop into a nice horse, that filly.
Curragh Sat, 18th Jul, 2026 Genchev He won his maiden well in Navan on easy ground. I'd say the whole day in Ascot just got the better of him. He kind of boiled over and, it was really a non-event. We brought him home, freshened him up and, this was a nice next target. He's a horse that you can set alight from the stalls and then he shuts down and stays and, he's always only doing enough, hence the cheekpieces. He's turning into a likeable sort of horse.

Leopardstown Thu, 16th Jul, 2026 Geryon He was slow away. . He was unlucky in Navan and then he got blocked in the Curragh. If you look at him, a big, strapping, strong horse, he needed to grow up and he did.
Leopardstown Thu, 9th Jul, 2026 Watch Tower He's been promising to do that. Everything was wrong. We turned up in Limerick the other day and, the ground was gone. He pulled shoes and whatever; it wasn't his day. We just galloped him around which in hindsight helps them. It gets the freshness off them. It was a long time between drinks with him. You can see him. He's just maturing into himself. Hopefully there is another one of them in him. Fast ground is the key; seven(furlongs) to a mile. Just win his races before we move them on.
Leopardstown Thu, 9th Jul, 2026 Maire Rua She's a nice filly. As Colin says and, we said it all along, if we have a good one at home it's her. First day away, I tend to get stall 14 of ten when I'm up here when I've a nice filly! She's done it; there should be plenty of improvement on it. That's the first time she's ever been off the bridle with me. We'll bring her home and, we'll see how she comes out of it but the usual, it's nice to win first time out but it's not important. There's a new Listed in Cork on 14th August - that type of race we'll look at and, then you'd like to hope that she's going to keep doing that. The ultimate dream in Glenburnie is always to try and win a Moyglare. Hopefully if you win a Moyglare, you know you have one of the main characters for next years Classics and that's what the dream is. As I said, if we have a good one, it's her.
Fairyhouse Wed, 8th Jul, 2026 Livenka I ran her over the wrong trip the last day and she was just a bit gassy. I left her a bit fresh. I had no problem running her back quickly over this trip. Obviously, we’ll discuss it with everybody, but she holds an entry in the Ballyhane Stakes (Naas) and that would be her first option as there is good prize-money there. Then obviously black-type would be very important, we think she’s a stakes filly, but we’ll let her go there. She’s muscling out and she’s growing on me. She’s going to be a fine model at three. Until she tells us otherwise, I’d be surprised if we stretched her any further than six (furlongs) at the moment.
Bellewstown Fri, 3rd Jul, 2026 April Mist we would have all have lost a lot of money if we were betting on this filly being out first two-year-old winner of the year, but we'll take it when it is coming. It has just been one of those years when we’ve just had to be patient. She surprised us in Naas to be honest, she did nothing since and when this race reopened, we put her in it. I said it's not the right track or anything like that and I didn't know whether she would sharpen up or not for her debut run but we found out that tonight. She's home-bred and will go for the Marwell (Listed, Naas) now to try and rob black-type. If she gets black-type, then they can keep her on the team and breed from her, which saves them having to buy them.
