Believed Ben said the last time she was ready to step up to a mile and a half. She's a little bit generous like most of those Frankel's, she gives you a lot in the morning, and she could be keen. We spent a bit of time kind of concentrating on getting her relaxed. Ben said she was much more easy today, the hood has seemed to help her as well. She's a very nice filly who stays well and I think she should improve. She should keep improving. At the moment, a mile and a half seems like a good trip for her. She is bred to stay. She has won a maiden by eight lengths in Ireland, so she is ready to step up. We'll speak to the lads and see what they say. It is just always nice to get that maiden win. |

Rolltight We were pretty confident coming here. He had a very good run the first day. We thought he'd be a bit more streetwise today. Ben said quickening down into the straight he got a little bit unbalanced, but he always thought he had the second, and they were a good bit clear of the third. He's in the big race, the Classic (at Gowran on June 1). We'll see how he is. Maybe a little close but if he comes out of it well and, I'll speak to the owners, that might be his next shot. |

Namiid I called him after a horse I rode called Namid, who won the Prix de l’Abbaye in 2000. This horse has plenty of speed but I'm not sure he'll win an Abbaye!. he's been second a few times, but Ben says he seems genuine, he just seems to run into one each time. I thought five furlongs here would suit him, and this is my lucky track! . He had the rating to win today but fought and that's exactly what Ben said. It looked like the runner-up (Xerling) was coming and the loose horse helped him motivate him. |

Darius Dark He’s a big backward fella. Ben said he was on and off the bridle and he was still green. He’s a bit of a work in progress. He stays a mile-and-a-half well and it was good to see him perform on that kind of ground as well. It was a very competitive race; there were a lot of fancied horses in it. He has come on from his last run. The last run really zoned him in and hopefully he can keep progressing through the ranks. |

Chicago Pope He came out of his last race very well and, this was the plan. There aren't that many three-year-old only sprints, fifty thousand, nice pot, very competitive race. We're delighted with that performance. Ben says he thinks a stiff 6f is a good trip for him, so we'll probably keep him for that kind of stuff. |

Shaws Bay He’s a nice horse. He ran very well the first day, probably would have needed the run a little bit. He has come forward in his work,. I’d say he appreciated the better ground. Ben said he was winning well and he idled a little bit in front. I think he’s a horse that should improve with a bit of racing. I think seven furlongs is a good trip for him. I’m delighted the way the horses are going, they are all improving from one run to the next. That’s his second run so he should get a mark now. We’ll see if there is a three-year-old premier handicap for him. |
