She had a couple of good runs at the start of this season and then we thought we’d try the Troytown but it just stretched her a bit. The heavy ground over three miles at Navan just stretched her. It’s a lovely race to win with a great history to it. The soft ground is not too deep and they are finishing quite well today, so we just got away with it. There is a two-mile-five-furlong race at the Dublin Racing Festival and a little bit better ground should be a good fit.

She had a couple of runs over hurdles before she ran in bumpers, so had experience and I also don't like to continue running them in bumpers. She is very straightforward and if she produced her better bumper form, she would have been competitive today. We will go for either a rated novice or a handicap, and she jumps well enough for handicaps.

Her homework had been very good and we've been happy with her previous runs. It all came together today. Her bumper run is working out very well, and that was on ground which we didn't think she was a fan of. Even today, we didn't think she'd love that ground but she is progressing well. She has a nice turn of foot and the plan today was to run along the rail and to wait for gaps to appear. She went straight into the gap and appeared to have plenty in the tank at the end. It was nice to get it and I wish they were all that easy!. We'll see what rating she gets now and hopefully there'll be nice handicaps to be won with her. She can run through the summer.
