He had a good debut at Leopardstown and he ran a bit too gassy throughout the race. He still quickened and he did well to finish where he did (fourth). He obviously has improved since the run. We always thought he was a nice horse - obviously, he had to prove it on the track. We'll see, he has to step forward massively again (Group 2 at Leopardstown next weekend), but we will see how he is through the week and hopefully we can run him. We will check the ground, he wants nice ground. He wouldn't want it soft. We will keep and eye on declarations and that will really test his abilities as a two-year-old. We still think he is going to improve massively from two to three. he is not a finished article.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident leaving the stalls involving Eleven A, ridden by B.M. Coen, and Katalpa, ridden by K.J. Leonard, where it appeared these horses bumped. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Boston Benjamin, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount came off heels at the road crossing
W. Joyce, rider of Trusty Tycoon, trained by R. K. Watson, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left.
For two years old only, maidens at starting that are EBF eligible and which had been purchased as yearlings or as two year olds at Public Auction under the hammer after 1st July, 2024 for #30,000 or less at a designated or specified sale
