THE BetMGM LADY WULFRUNA STAKES (CLASS 1) (Listed Race) Permission was given for Marshman (GB), Cool Hoof Luke (GB) and Heathcliff (GB) to wear a red hood to post.
An enquiry was held to consider interference entering the first bend, involving Palmar Bay (FR), placed fourth, ridden by Rossa Ryan and Prince Of India (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Billy Loughnane.
The interference was found to be accidental as Prince Of India (IRE) cornered awkwardly and hung right-handed across the heels of Palmar Bay (FR), resulting in Loughnane having to take a check.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Witch Hunter (FR), unplaced, sustained a small wound to its right-hind fetlock.
