We fancied him to run well and he set the standard as he was rated 118. He ran well behind Koktail Divin last season and that form has worked out well since. . He stays well and would have no bother going up in trip.

Owing to the low lying sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for hurdles four and five to be omitted from this race The Raceday Stewards enquired from B. Hayes, rider of Did I Ask You That, who slipped up approximately five furlongs from home. B. Hayes stated that his mount stumbled and came down independently of any other runner
Having considered the matter and viewed a recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
K.C. Sexton, rider of Lyreen Og (GB), trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the horse that slipped up
S. O'Callaghan, rider of Obey The Order, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered turning out of the back when a horse slipped up.
A hurdle for five years old and upwards, maidens at starting that are EBF eligible and that have not run as a two or three yr old under any Rules of Racing
