An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately 2 furlongs when Flora Of Bermuda (IRE), placed third, ridden by P J McDonald, interfered with Iberian (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Billy Loughnane.
McDonald was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had switched his mount right- handed into an insufficient gap, making contact with Iberian (IRE) which resulted in both runners becoming unbalanced.
Following the race, Ryan Moore reported that Storm Boy (AUS), unplaced, jumped awkwardly from the stalls.
Christopher Head reported that Topgear (FR), unplaced, lost both its left and right fore shoes.
