FormscanBy Alan Magee - The conditions for this race could have been written for ARGENT ET OR being for horses that have run at least three times and not finished in the first three. The Emmet Mullins-trained gelding has obviously shown plenty at home as he’s been well-supported when finishing fourth on all three outings. Both his bumper runs came in decent looking events at Punchestown, and hopefully he will have learned from some jumping errors when switched to hurdles at Downpatrick last month. It’s hard to get too excited about a lot of the opposition with perhaps Ashton Court, Tapenade and Hourie the pick.
