Champetre heads Cross Country 23

Garde Champetre heads the 23 six-day entries for the Glenfarclas Handicap Cross Country Chase at the Cheltenham Festival on Tuesday.

Enda Bolger's charge won the race in 2008 and 2009 before finishing fifth behind A New Story last season.

Michael Hourigan's 13-year-old lines up again, while Garde Champetre is one of four entries for Bolger who has won four of the six runnings of the race.

L'Ami, King Johns Castle and Freneys Well are all trained by Bolger and all owned by JP McManus, who also has Quolibet (Jonjo O'Neill) down to run in his green and gold colours.

Gullible Gordon could run for Paul Nicholls, former Welsh National winner Dream Alliance is set to represent Philip Hobbs, while Poker di Sivola booked his place after pleasing Ferdy Murphy in a gallop at Doncaster.
