Snake proves tough in Dundalk opener
Jolly Snake proved tough in front when claiming the opening two-year-old maiden at Dundalk under Fran Berry. Fri 16th Apr
It was a toss up whether to come here or go for the Coventry at Royal Ascot,. The next step for him will be the Railway Stakes at the Curragh on Derby day. Depending how he gets on there it will tell us where we go with him. He's a very professional horse at home and we think he'll be an even better three-year-old.
G M Lyons
Ger has always thought a lot of this horse. He ran well first time out here but then things didn't go right for him at Dundalk. He was very professional there and the front two pulled away from the rest, in time he could be a Royal Ascot horse.
