Apple's Shakira is one of 15 confirmations for the JCB Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival on Friday.
Nicky Henderson's filly is unbeaten since her transfer from France and has been long-time ante-post favourite for the Grade One.
Henderson could also call upon We Have A Dream.
Unbeaten hurdler Redicean is also prominent in the betting and has been confirmed by Alan King.
Henderson is also responsible for Santini, the ante-post favourite for the Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle.
The six-year-old gelding could be joined in the line-up by stablemates Ok Corral, who has been supplemented for the race, Chef Des Obeaux and Mr Whipped.
OK Corral's owner JP McManus has also supplemented the Joseph O'Brien-trained Tower Bridge.
Trainer Pierce Power has kept Burning Ambition in the frame for the St James's Place Foxhunter Chase, for which 28 horses have stood their ground.
Ante-post favourite Max Dynamite is the standout name for the Randox Health County Handicap Hurdle, in which stablemate Bleu Et Rouge would have to carry top weight.
Flawless Escape features in the Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle for the Gordon Elliott team.
Elliott could also saddle Blow By Blow, Sire Du Berlais, Flaxen Flare, Dortmund Park and Poli Roi.
Vaniteux, Theinval and Don't Touch It are amongst the leading fancies for the final race of the 2018 Cheltenham Festival, the Johnny Henderson Grand Annual Handicap Chase.
Ordinary World, trained by Henry de Bromhead, is at the summit of the weights.
