Nicholls Keen On Saintsaire
Champion trainer Paul Nicholls is keen on the chances of Saintsaire in the Johnny Henderson Grand Annual Chase at the Cheltenham Festival.
The eight-year-old has not been seen since a cosy success over Bambi De L'Orme at Newbury back in November but Nicholls feels he goes to Prestbury Park with every chance.
'Among our better chances at decent prices is Saintsaire in the Grand Annual on the last day,' Nicholls explained.
'We've got plenty of chances and it's very very competitive racing but it's a great occasion and I'm really looking forward to it.
'It is so competitive though that you just can't take anything for granted at this meeting,' he told BBC Radio Five Live.
Saintsaire currently sits 3lb out of the handicap with top-weight Foreman set to shoulder 11st 12lb if turning out in the extended two-mile handicap.
He can be supported at 4-1 with William Hill to grab glory in Friday's Grade Three race.
