Pipe novice plans not decided

David Pipe is in no hurry as to decide which races at the Cheltenham Festival to run two of his promising four-year-olds, Torphichen and Master Of Arts.

The former has won his last two starts at Ludlow and Sandown, while Master Of Arts started to repay his 310,000 guineas purchase price with a winning debut over jumps at Doncaster last month.

Both horses hold entries in the williamhill.com Supreme Novices' Hurdle and the JCB Triumph Hurdle, while Torphichen is also engaged in the Ballymore Novices' Hurdle.

"Torphichen's owner, Thomas Barr, hasn't told me where he would like his horse to go and I would imagine we'd leave Master Of Arts in the Supreme and the Triumph at the five-day stage and decide closer to the time," said Pipe.

"Both horses are in good form. Cheltenham is only 15 days away and I wish it was tomorrow."
