Wind op for Get Me Out Of Here

Get Me Out Of Here has had a wind operation and may miss the Cheltenham Festival.

Jonjo O'Neill's charge chased home Menorah in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at last year's meeting but has failed to fire in three outings to date this term.

On the latest occasion he again finished weakly in the totesport Trophy at Newbury butt connections have since discovered a problem.

"It'll be a toss of a coin whether he makes it or not. He seems in good enough form in himself but he's seemed in good form all season at home," the trainer told sportinglife.com.

"We have discovered now that he has a bit of a wind problem and he's had a little operation. Whether or not he makes Cheltenham, we'll have to wait and see."

Get Me Out Of Here holds entries in both the Vincent O'Brien County Hurdle and Coral Cup.
