Zeb set for Master clash

Colm Murphy is aiming Big Zeb at the Tied Cottage Chase at Punchestown next month before a likely clash with Master Minded at Cheltenham in March.

The eight-year-old ended last season with victory in Grade One company at Punchestown and picked up where he left off with an impressive comeback in the Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet Chase over Christmas.

Murphy admits he was impressed by Master Minded's victory in the Victor Chandler last weekend but he will not be running scared of the highest-rated National Hunt horse in training in the Queen Mother Champion Chase.

"Big Zeb is very good and came out of his last race very well," said Murphy.

"He's gone quite fresh again now so all being well he will go for the Tied Cottage Chase at Punchestown in around two weeks' time and then please god to Cheltenham for the Champion Chase.

"Master Minded was very good the last day but hopefully something can take him on and touch wood our horse can keep improving, so you never know."
