Formscan By Dan McEvoy - PINK VENOM (4) had some decent maiden form, notably finishing three and a half lengths behind Alwaysanangel. Johnny Murtagh's filly was heavily backed before winning easily on her handicap debut and has been raised 9lb. She can cope with that rise, and the Soldier's Call filly has a big chance if she handles conditions. Best Love is sure to handle the softer ground, being by Kodi Bear, and she improved with every run, culminating in a breakthrough success last time. Her mark should be within reach without much scope, and she has a bit to find with the selection. The visored Whosinterviewinwho has the potential to be best of the rest if bouncing back from last time's disappointment.
