P. Townend, rider of O'Moore Park, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled but completed the course

S.F. O'Keeffe, rider of Shanbally Kid, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped poorly and didn't feel right so he pulled up after four fences

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shanbally Kid, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from E. Bolger, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Pride Of Place, placed first, as compared with its recent form. E. Bolger said the return to better ground has helped his charge return to form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the contents of the report.
