Tattersalls Ireland August National Hunt Sale graduate MOON RACER orbited to success to land the Grade 1 Weatherbys Champion Bumper.
MOON RACER’'s win continued Tattersalls Ireland’s domination of the race with Briar Hill, Champagne Fever Cue Card, Dunguib, Cousin Vinny and Cork All Star all having previously won the contest.
Unbeaten MOON RACER provided the perfect result for Tattersalls Ireland. The son of Saffron Waldron was sold at the August National Hunt Sale in 2013 by Mr F. Jordan to Michael Ronayne who trained him to win last year’s €100,000 Tattersalls Ireland George Mernagh Memorial Sales Bumper.
