DERBY TRIO BOOKED FOR YARMOUTH

Henry Cecil's three Vodafone Derby hopes will work during racing at Yarmouth on Wednesday, clerk of the course David Henson confirmed today.

Whereas most raceday gallops take place after racing has finished, Wednesday's workout will take place between the sixth and seventh races, giving racegoers at the Norfolk coast course the chance to see the action.

Hanson revealed: "Beat Hollow, Wellbeing and Bien Entendu will all work over a mile and three furlongs after the amateur riders' race.

"There has been a lot of attention generated and by having the gallop take place during racing, racegoers will be able to see some of the leading hopes for the Derby go through their paces.

"Let's not forget that Beat Hollow has been here before, having won a maiden here last year."
