Joseph O'Brien rounded off the night at Dundalk with a treble courtesy of Dawn Rider in the ten furlong maiden.

The Galileo filly had weakened tamely over a mile at the venue last month but returned to form having been a fine second over this course and distance previously.

Hugh Horgan soon had his mount prominent, leading half a mile from home, and the 7/1 shot stuck on well in the closing stages to post a two-and-a-half length win over Second Girl

The winner is out of Roca Rojo, a Grade 2 winner in the US.

Horgan said: "I think that's her optimum trip.

"I think on a little bit of a dig in the ground she would probably stay further. A mile and a-half would be no problem, I'd say.

"She's very genuine and there is definitely scope with her. A lovely filly."
