KING'S YOUNG CHASERS SET FOR ASCOT

Trainer Alan King has outlined running plans for his useful novice chasers Zafarabad and Toto Toscato.

Zafarabad is set to run in the Gerrard Group Reynoldstown Novices' Chase at Ascot on Saturday while Toto Toscato, who is also in the Reynoldstown, will take part instead in the Shenley Enterprises Novices' Chase on the same card.

King told the Racing Channel: "I think Zafarabad will take his chance in the Reynoldstown over three miles.

"He'll have the blinkers on again that seemed to make all the difference at Huntingdon last time.

"Toto Toscato will run over two and a half, he's a course and distance winner, and we'll see how it goes."

Zafarabad has won two of his five starts this season, while Toto Toscato landed the Grade Two Cantor Index Novices' Chase at Ascot in December by 21 lengths.
