Micko's Dream is still a likely runner in Sunday's Hennessy Cognac Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown despite the fact that he holds an engagement in the Grand National trial at Haydock Park at the end of the month.

Trainer Willie Mullins, who also handles Sunday's favourite Florida Pearl said today: "There is prize money down to eighth place in the Hennessy and I don't see why Micko's Dream shouldn't take his chance although I won't make a final decision until Friday.

"He is on target to run in the Grand National trial at Haydock and hopefully the National itself but I am looking for other options before them. He has come out of his win at Gowran Park last week really well."
