Joseph O'Brien's Nor Time Nor Tide was a ready winner of the opening nursery in Killarney.

The 6/4 favourite was produced by Conor Stone-Walsh to lead approaching the final furlong and drew clear in the closing stages.

The Ten Sovereigns colt came in by a growing four and a-quarter lengths, on handicap debut, from Basilah Bear (3/1). Enthralling (9/2) was another three and a-quarter lengths back in third.

Nor Time Nor Tide was second on debut over a similar trip at Killarney on debut before finishing third in Dundalk.

Stable representative Sean Corby said: "He had a good first run here, was a bit disappointing the last day, but we thought he was well capable of winning from his mark (77).

"A bit of yielding ground helped him and may not have let himself down at Dundalk the last day. Hopefully he will keep progressing now."
