Norman Williamson and Paul Flynn will find out tomorrow afternoon if their whip offences at Cheltenham have earned them 10-day bans.
The pair have been summoned to appear before the Jockey Club disciplinary committee, who will consider the cases as their misdemeanours occurred in Grade One races.
Williamson was referred to Portman Square for hitting Direct Route in the wrong place, across the ribs, when short-headed by Edredon Bleu in the Queen Mother Champion Chase.
Flynn, this season's leading amateur rider, faces an inquiry into using his whip with alleged excessive force on fourth-placed Phardante Flyer in the Capel Cure Sharp Novices' Hurdle.
