It's not going their way over at York but Ballydoyle landed the Listed Racing Post Vincent O'Brien Ruby Stakes at Killarney in style with I Can Fly (2/1 favourite).

Winning jockey Seamie Heffernan revealed in the aftermath that he has big regard for this Fastnet Rock filly, and it was easy to see why after her demolition of six rivals.

The three-year-old got a patient steer from Heffernan, coming through with her effort up the centre in the straight.

Leading under two furlongs out, I Can Fly was quickly gone beyond recall. She eventually accounted for the staying-on Rionach by three and a quarter lengths.

"I rated her very highly and she disappointed twice. She came out of the Oaks a little worse than we expected and there were a few of them coming out of the race worse than we expected," said Heffernan.

"The season doesn't wait for anyone and if we keep running them the odd one will win and get placed but I don't think they're fully firing. She has outclassed them today but is a hell of a lot better.

"I fancied her for the Guineas in May so we'll see. I had loads of confidence going out (today) but had plenty confidence going to the start in the Guineas in May but it didn't happen. I was confident in May and hopefully she can pull it together now."

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Harvestfortheworld trained by J.A.Stack, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
