It was easy for Darver Star in the Molson Coors Rated Hurdle at Downpatrick.
Clipped in from 6s into a returned 5/1 on track, Darver Star put nine lengths and more between himself and Victoria Bay (2nd) and the rest.
Jonathan Moore did the steering on the victor for Gavin Cromwell who said: "We gave him a break and freshened him up.
"He might jump a fence at some stage in time too.
"Yeah he did (relish that ground) and might benefit from going further too."
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Killiney Court, trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.
