FormscanBy Donal Murphy - THE LAST MARDI might be able to take this on his debut over flights. Successful in bumpers at Ballinrobe and Downpatrick respectively, he since ran well to finish third on the level at the Galway Festival. The form of that Ballybrit race is working out well, with subsequent winners in second, fourth and fifth. The 116 rated Hisnameis Mrdevitt has plenty of experience over flights and is given second preference. Last seen finishing sixth in a competitive handicap hurdle at Market Rasen, the Peter Fahey trained five-year-old could make the breakthrough here. Still Ciel and Viceregent both filled the runner-up spot on the same Cork card earlier this month. The pair are open to further improvement, with the former a half-sister to Grade 1 winner Skyace. The Willie Mullins trained Uncle Phil is another sure to have plenty of supporters and it'll come as no surprise if he manages to score here, on what will be his first start over hurdles.
