Formscan By Donal Murphy - Races of this nature are rarely appealing from a betting perspective and this one is no exception. KENDALL ROY justified plenty of market support when successful at Naas less than a fortnight ago and he might be able to follow-up. The tongue-strap which was fitted for the first time at Naas, remains in place now and it'll be interesting to see how far he can progress. Fourth, fifth and sixth in the valuable Goffs Sportsman's Challenge, Velvet Skies, Bid For Chester and Ocean Baroque renew rivalries and all have solid claims. The latter is fitted with cheekpieces for the first time and with Conor Stone Walsh claiming a valuable 7lb, he should go close. Top-weight Alpha Cephi and Navan winner Kiki Roberts are other leading hopes.
An extended handicap for two years old only that are EBF eligible and which HAVE RUN IN OR BEEN DECLARED AND BALLOTED FROM AT LEAST ONE RACE IN THE IRISH EBF AUCTION SERIES (85 = 9st 10lbs)
