Down Royal Mon, 30th Sep, 2024  Future Cutlet I was going to try and sit second or third today and he was a fraction slow away, so I had to just take my medicine a small bit and ride a waiting race. I was able to follow Dylan (Browne McMonagle) throughout the race, he took me into it well. I thought he won well within himself, I just had to make him work the last furlong just to get him there. He feels like he would get a mile and there is definitely more to come. He's probably a horse that will get further in time as well. We'll see what the story with him is. He might be out in a few weeks if we don't get him sold. He belongs to my sister so he was kind of bought to sell. We won't be overly anxious - we'll try and sell him if we can, but if not and we have to run him, it is not the end of the world. Conor McNamara, representing

Downpatrick Fri, 20th Sep, 2024  Someone's Wish It has been one of those days and it wasn't going right, but it is great to come out of here with a winner. We normally do, so it is nice to get a winner. . He was just beaten here in June and he likes the good ground. They do a great job with the ground here and he jumped well, so I can't complain.

Leopardstown Thu, 11th Jul, 2024  Lady Lunette That's was great, that's my biggest win and it was some pot to win. I'm thrilled with her altogether. Colin said the more trouble she got into the more she came back on the bridle, it probably suited her. I think that kind of race suits her, when she finds trouble in-running. It was a help to her not getting there too soon. I didn't think she was unlucky in Limerick (second), I thought she was out in the clear long enough and I was disappointed she didn't pick up. She obviously was better today. The handicapper is after giving her a chance, she's back under her last winning mark there which was probably a help to her. She had a nice weight on her back today and likes a bit of nice ground. The way the race fell for her suited her. Galway would be the plan. Colin said she'd probably stay further, she could go a mile and two. It's a mile in Galway, but it's such a big pot. That would probably be the plan, we'll talk to the owners and see what they want to do.
