Dundalk Fri, 12th Apr, 2024  Jazz Forever I think he's a nice horse and he needs to learn to settle - he was too keen today. Dylan did a great job on him. He'll need good ground and he'll go hurdling as well, he jumps really well.

Dundalk Fri, 9th Feb, 2024  Dreams Fled Away It is great to get Colin, he's a local man too. He was very strong on him in the finish, he takes a bit of that the horse. Isn't it amazing what a win does to a horse? It boosts their confidence and, even at home, he has a pep in his step. I don't know how far the horse will take us. I think he will jump a hurdle in time too, we schooled him at home and he is able to jump. He'll tell us (about coming back here) and then the turf will be opening up. He obviously wants nice ground. We have a few options.

Dundalk Fri, 9th Feb, 2024  Inishmot Prince He was going nowhere at the beginning of the straight, the usual. A strong pace and he seems to know where the line is!. He just got stopped at the wrong time as well and just had to snatch him up. He seems to love it up here. He always does it the hard way!. Newcastle for the All-Weather Championships is definitely what I am looking at now. I'd probably rather go to Newcastle (than Lingfield). He deserves to get a decent pot at this stage. I'm still of the opinion that he will win on grass. He ran a blinder on his first run back in Bellewstown where he finished out in his normal way. Then he seemed to lose his form more than anything else, he just wasn't firing. Maybe it is just here, but he has earned a try at Newcastle. He's a nice horse to be able to run in those type of races.

Dundalk Fri, 19th Jan, 2024  Dreams Fled Away He probably didn't see out the (two-mile) trip the last day, but he saw it out there tonight. Hugh rode a filly for me, Trishuli River, and I was really impressed with that. I know he might be winning with good-calibre horses with Joseph (O'Brien) and doing everything right, but I think he is an old head on young shoulders. The feedback is very good and even there today we were last into the stalls because we can be awkward, and he was trotting him around behind the stalls to keep the horse warm - he is thinking the whole time. I'd rather have him on my side than not!. If he (Dreams Fled Away) eats up and we give him an easy week, and if everything is good, we'll have a look at the calendar and see what is over 1m4f.
