We had a few quid on him in Listowel and it went right there bar getting beaten by half-a-length. I panicked a little bit then and ran him back at Kilbeggan, but it was only 10-days later. I gave him a week in the field and it was patch-up job then and I thought he would get away with it. I just said to the boys after that to give me a chance and give him a week in the field and then get him a ready for a month. I picked out this race and, thankfully, he got into it and he is probably a little bit better going left-handed. He is a grand horse and there is a possibility that he might be entered for the Sunday at Galway, but again it's quick to be running back and it's not ideal.

Queally, placed first, and Phildante, ridden by J.J. Slevin, placed second, where it appeared the two horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
