Bounce The Blues It’s great that she won. She has buckets of pace for seven furlongs and we could even drop her back to six. It was a bit of a shot in the dark but we thought she was very good at home.

Next In Line I stressed it to Luke to make her stamina count and I knew when she met the hill she’d keep going,. There were seven furlong and mile horses in there but this one gets further. She’s after winning two in a week now so she deserves a little bit of a break.

Next In Line .We fancied her in Sligo the last day but for some reason she didn't run her race. She didn't jump or travel and maybe she didn't like the track. We put on blinkers to see if it would buck up her ideas. On her homework it didn't improve her a lot but we said we'd try them. She always worked like she'd win a maiden so I knew she was well handicapped if she put her best foot forward. She's done it today thank God. She can step up in trip. There is a nice race in Galway next Saturday so we'll probably stick her in that and see. With the help of God she might do something similar.

Shake A Leg He always looked like he wanted to step up in trip. He'd been running very well over a mile and two. Mikey Sheehy gave him a lovely ride and everything was very straight forward and he got a great run through. He has a nice big frame and hopefully he'll progress, he should do physically.

Mr Wendell he’s (Mr Wendell) a big baby, a work in progress. It’s grand to get the maiden out of the way. We dropped him back in trip because he does show a lot of speed but in time he will be stepping back up in trip when he knows how to race.

Speak In Colours He’s a great consistent solid horse. He turns up every day and I thought Shane gave him a lovely ride. He’s not usually a horse that we go forward with, he always gets a lead, but we didn’t feel there was a huge amount of pace and he was able to control the race. You could argue that his best runs are all at six furlongs here. We left him in here after Ascot to see how he was and then decided to come here.

Reverberation I thought he'd need the run and he'll improve loads,. A lot of mine seem to be taking a run this year. A mile will probably suit him as he won going away. He's in at Leopardstown on Wednesday and I just thought he'd benefit from the run today. Mine had a nice bit of a break down the lockdown. He came here on the back of two pieces of work. I thought he'd run well but thought he would need it. I ran him over 7f as I knew he’d come home well.

Tashman It was a long time coming but I'm delighted he's won for the lads (Sams Snug Syndicate) after they'd persevered with him,. He's a real good work horse at home. He hasn't brought that to the track though.
