Downpatrick Fri, 9th Oct, 2026  Schiehallion He has been consistent without winning,. I always thought he would win a race and he's a good jumper. He seems to like it around here which is a big help.

Fairyhouse Mon, 5th Oct, 2026  Princess Aveen She was game and tough, to be fair,. To be fair, the runner-up was tough too and that’s what made it a race. She came there and looked like she was going to win well, and I thought the runner-up was equally as game. After she came from Ian McCarthy’s in the spring, her owner Gary O’Hagan took her home for the summer. She’s back in since the end of July. She was ready for today, but I do think with a bit of match practice under her belt, she’ll come on again a wee bit. I actually had a mare in the point-to-point she won and thought she would have taken a bit of beating, and I was a bit disappointed. When I see how well this filly works and how well she’s run today, the other filly of my own is probably still okay. They said themselves that they probably ran her back too quick in the bumper ,and to forget about it. Today was the plan. I’m not one for big plans and we’ll take it one day at a time.

Wexford Thu, 23rd Jul, 2026  Del Boys Diva This horse's dam (Cashelard Lady) was my first winner as a trainer here and she was a good mare. This is our family's third generation with the pedigree and hopefully she will be one to breed from in time. It is unfortunate Sean (O'Keeffe) couldn't ride as unfortunately he broke his leg on Tuesday and Keith (Donoghue) is a very good friend of mine and got the opportunity. We were actually at Keith's stag in Killarney last weekend, so his freedom is nearly over!. There is a mares' handicap hurdle in Tramore next month for her next.

Roscommon Mon, 6th Jul, 2026  Del Boys Diva I’m delighted to win that, she did it well,. Paddy McKeon has been a great supporter of mine from the word go and it’s great to reward him with a winner there. I think this nicer ground helped. The last day was her first run in a handicap. She ran during the winter, then we gave her a break, and she probably needed the run the last day. The tongue-tie helped as well. Her mother was very good, she was actually my first winner. It’s great that she threw one today.

Limerick Thu, 2nd Jul, 2026  Sallap She is very small but is a right little mare. She is very tough, that's three wins and she was going to win before falling in Thurles last winter too. That was a heavy fall, but she was very tough to come back from that. The handicapper will catch up with her, but hopefully she might win another one.
