Roscommon Mon, 6th Jul, 2026  Del Boys Diva I’m delighted to win that, she did it well,. Paddy McKeon has been a great supporter of mine from the word go and it’s great to reward him with a winner there. I think this nicer ground helped. The last day was her first run in a handicap. She ran during the winter, then we gave her a break, and she probably needed the run the last day. The tongue-tie helped as well. Her mother was very good, she was actually my first winner. It’s great that she threw one today.

Limerick Thu, 2nd Jul, 2026  Sallap She is very small but is a right little mare. She is very tough, that's three wins and she was going to win before falling in Thurles last winter too. That was a heavy fall, but she was very tough to come back from that. The handicapper will catch up with her, but hopefully she might win another one.

Clonmel Fri, 5th Jun, 2026  Sallap . I had ridden work for him during the winter and he had previously given me a ride which didn't work out last Christmas, so it is nice to repay him with a winner. She had fallen (when leading at the last) in Thurles last year and she isn't overly big, but the lads told me that she was good and tough.

Ballinrobe Mon, 25th May, 2026  Native Speaker He got a good start and Darragh soon had him in a lovely rhythm and he jumped from fence to fence. Henry felt he had him in a good place at home and Darragh was fairly confident about his chances coming up in the car. He wanted to be positive on him, because that's how he's won his races in the past. He needs good ground and obviously goes well fresh.

Down Royal Mon, 4th May, 2026  Court Canyon He won a point-to-point for Gavin (Cromwell) and we haven't schooled him that much over fences. We knew he would be good, he's very good over a hurdle. Even the last day in Fairyhouse, Sean Bowen rode him, he probably jumped a bit high, but he was very good there today. Paddy was happy and he said he was filling himself up and having a look in front. He did it easily. He said he didn't mind them getting to him because he knew he would pick up and go.

Cork Mon, 6th Apr, 2026  Born Believing Her brother Born Braver has just finished (10th) in the Grand National but it probably came too soon after his Ulster National win and we've always felt this one had more foot than him. It is a great pedigree. Dara is my youngest son and the other two are at home looking after the other horses. We are a small family business so when you get a good one it really makes it worthwhile and we'll try and hold on to her. We might go for a winners' bumper now and she won't go over hurdles until next autumn. She is improving all the time and is still a bit green, so she'll improve away. Dara is doing his Leaving Cert this year so isn't allowed ride over jumps until then and has to go back to study now! Hopefully he'll get into college and he is stay riding as an amateur too.
