Pasley He's still raw and he doesn't want the ground that bad either,. I was off the bridle the whole way and the last 50 yards he pricked his ears again so I think there is plenty in there. He's still learning. He stays well and around a more galloping track with a bit better ground he'll be better again.

King Pellinor He did it well. He probably didn't really get the two miles the last day, it's nice to get a win into him,. I think the blinkers helped, they were no harm anyway. He handled the ground fine. I kept him out on the fresh stuff early. In the straight he kept galloping and the loose horse kept me company.

Degraves He did it nicely. The form of his last run worked out really well so he was probably entitled to do that but I think he's a smart horse,. He had no problem with the ground, he seemed fine on it and galloped through it well. I think he'll get a bit further but he's not slow. He quickens well, travelled really smooth, so I think a mile is probably fine for him at the minute.

Lady Wannabe She won it well and I'd say she is improving with age and her mother got better with age too. She travelled well, picked up well and quickened well. She seems to get 1m2f as well so has plenty options and is in the Blandford on Champions Weekend. She needs goodish ground and thankfully it dried up a bit.

Act Of God They went very hard early on and it probably suited him the way it turned out,. The ground has improved from yesterday, which is a help, I was pretty concerned when I was here last night. He's probably a bit unlucky not to have won his maiden before now. We might give him another run on the Flat before we got back hurdling with him. He's been busy enough, he'll keep going to the autumn and we'll see how he handles the softer ground then. I think he'll be more of a spring come summer horse and I'd like to have him for the spring.

Latrobe The main reason for coming here was that Lloyd and Nick (Williams) felt that it would be important to get a win under his belt this year and then we could make a plan for the second half of the year. He has options all over the place. He could go to Australia but he has options in America as well, there are places like Japan and there are big races here as well. I'm not sure where exactly he's going to go yet. He seems pretty versatile trip-wise as he's ran well at ten furlongs and also at one-mile-six this year. It was a messy race but he did have the right position. Donnacha said he always felt like he was well in command. You'd be delighted to get his head back in front. He won nicely. He's doing things right now as he's gone completely relaxed. I probably ended up going a bit slow for my own good but it's nice the way he switched off like that and he stays well in the last two furlongs, there is plenty in there. He's a lovely horse and I'm sure there are plenty of options for him.

Downdraft He's a beautiful horse to ride, you just throw the reins at him and he goes along at his own pace. Then when you give him a squeeze he is there for you,. He's an improving horse and I think the step up in trip brought about more improvement. I'll leave it to Joseph (O'Brien), but there is anywhere he can go with him - he can go anywhere, he is tactical and he relaxes, so you would have a load of options with him.

Chesapeake Shores It was important she won as she is a half-sister to Frozen Fire who won the Irish Derby. We'll chat to the owners to see whether or not she'll run again and we'll see if there are any races over 1m 4f for her coming up. It's good she has won today and that is mission accomplished.

Downdraft It went very smooth. My horse relaxed lovely and I knew he had a turn of foot. I was happy to keep sitting second off a slow pace and once I asked him to quicken he quickened well. I'll leave plans to Joseph but he's a smart little horse and he's versatile. I'm sure Joseph will pick a good option for him.

Camphor She loved travelling in behind and Shane said as soon as she got to the front she pricked her ears. He was very happy with her. It looked a very good maiden and everything was fancied in it. A lot of them had good form but her run in the Cork maiden worked out well. She appreciated that little bit of give in the ground, being a Camelot, and the rain came in time for her. We'll see where we go but judging by the others she could make up into a Listed class filly. She'll stay well. She's okay at a mile-and-a-quarter at the moment but will stay a mile-and-a-half.
