Malayan (15/2) won the Lord Hemphill Memorial Irish EBF Median Auction Maiden to give Colin Keane his third winner of the week at Galway. Sun 01st AugGlengarra shows his fortitude in Down Royal
Glengarra was game off the front in the seven furlong juvenile maiden at Down Royal. Fri 23rd Jul
After race at Roscommon Mon, 16th Aug, 2021 (1st)
It's more of a relief than anything today. When we missed our chance in Galway we had to come again. We really fancied him going to Galway but it just didn't work out. Oisin's (Orr) hands were tied that day and it just didn't work out for him. I feel sorry for him today but Declan did a brilliant job. He went out with a plan and got the job done. We think he could be a Listed horse and, if he's not sold, he'll go that route. We think he's a lovely colt.
