Anshan gets Dream ride from Ruby
Anshan Dreams (5/2 into 2/1 favourite) was delivered with perfect timing by Ruby Walsh to capture the I.N.H. Stallion Owners European Breeders Fund Novice Hurdle at Cork.
The winning son of Anshan led away from the last and went on to beat the outsider, Michelle's Express (ran a big race) by a length and three parts.
Successful trainer Adrian Maguire said: "I wouldn't have managed what Ruby did there. It is easy to get a good horse beaten when there is no gallop. That was the plan and we'll see where he goes next. That'll keep Sabrina (his wife and owner) happy."
