Jessica Harrington completed an 88/1 plus across the card Bank Holiday Monday treble when taking the Curragh Training Grounds Handicap with St Brelades Bay

The Moone trainer was successful earlier in the afternoon with Feeling the Love over hurdles at Cork and Chicas Amigas in the feature at the Curragh.

Colm O’Donoghue, who was also aboard Chicas Amigas, elected to keep the six-year-old gelding in the smaller of two groups towards the stands’ side.

The 11/2 chance came home strongly inside the final furlong to beat Shore Step by a length and three quarters, with Blairmayne a neck further back in third.

Mrs Harrington said, “Fiona Carmichael is here today so it’s great. She flew in today to see her horses for the first time this year.

“That’s the highest he’s ever won off and he’s a great servant. He’s won over seven this year as well, and likes good fast ground.

“He likes a bit of space around him and doesn’t like big field handicaps.”
