It is the start of Killarney's August Festival and the going is good to yielding (on Flat course) and good (on the National Hunt track) after 1mm of rain overnight.
A dry day is forecast with showers tomorrow.
The eight-race Flat-card commences at 4.20pm. Jim Bolger's Comhra who holds a rating of 109, heads the market for the Listed Irish Stallion Farms Irish EBF Vincent O'Brien Ruby Stakes at 5.30pm.
