Top-weight Tipped Up Harry proved too strong for his rivals as he pulled clear in the closing stages for a comprehensive success in the two-and-a-half mile handicap hurdle at Fairyhouse.
Robbie Power came from last to first on the 'Sneezy' Foster-trained gelding who made his move turning for home.
The 5/1 shot hit the front at the second last and was sent clear from the final flight to post a five-length success. Written Inthestars got up for second ahead of 7/2 favourite Vision Du Coeur
“I’m delighted for the owner Jules Sigler as he’s won four times before but that’s the first time that he’s seen him win,” said Foster.
“He came over from Canada with his wife Barbara for the Cheltenham meeting where this horse was entered but didn’t get in. He’s maturing and was very relaxed today.”
