Testing ground has led to plenty of non-runners at Ballinrobe

The prospect of heavy ground at Ballinrobe this evening following further rain overnight (9mm) has led to a large number of withdrawals.
The National Hunt section of the seven-race mixed card has been particularly affected with seven already out of the bumper including fancied trio Grangeclare Pearl, Bridgequarter Girl and Myblueeyedgirl.
There are also six withdrawn from both the maiden hurdle (7.00) and the handicap hurdle (8.00). Call Me Bubbles looks set to go off a short-priced favourite under Ruby Walsh in the four-year-olds' hurdle, especially with Hurricane Ridge now an absentee.
