Benefit Of Porter is clear, Camelot-style, at Tramore

The 4.15pm August Festival 16th to 19th Fillies Handicap at Tramore today had the unenviable task of following on from Camelot's Derby win but went to the Pat Sinnott trained course specialist Benefit Of Porter (6/4f), under Declan McDonogh.
The daughter of Beneficial, crucially, had three previous course wins and put the experience to good use, moving clear from a furlong and a half out before recording a four and three parts of a length win over Passion Planet
Afterwards Sinnott said “it is nice to get back in the winner's enclosure!
“She is one very consistent filly and if she comes out of this ok, will go for a fillies handicap at The Curragh next Sunday - she might have a mini break after that.”
