Sean Treacy's Dane Blue (7-2) built on her recent Tipperary second by going one better in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap at Gowran ParkWed 06th Aug
No horse deserves this more than him. He has finished second in two Grade Ones recently and it's not a nice place to be. He's very tough and genuine and tries very hard. We were a little bit worried that the two Grade Ones would have taken their toll. I am disappointed for Paul Moloney who usually rides the horse. He got a bad bump at Uttoxetter the other day. I would like to thank Paddy Heffernan from Wexford who has looked after the horse and us the last few days.
