Second and third in a similar contest over course and distance three weeks ago, Grey Jude (5/2) and Master Haku (5/4 fav) renewed rivalry in the Join Racing TV Now With A Free Trial Maiden Hurdle at Cork and it was the former who fared the better of the pair once again. Sun 23rd Nov

He’s actually a grand horse. To be honest, I wasn’t even that keen to run him only for that fact that Jack is going for the championship. I think there is plenty of improvement in him, you can see the size of him, he’s having a real good blow there. Jack was happy with him and said he did everything grand. He had two nice runs, but pulled a muscle behind and that’s why we ended up missing so much time with him. I think there will be plenty of improvement. I might give him the month of May off and then see how we go.
